Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garments are free of any wear, odors, or pet hair.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
